The Policy.
The '10/30 Right' policy tells the residents that they can clear only their property to get rid of any vegetation (even trees), within 10 metres of the house and any vegetation (not including trees) within 30 metres of a building (accommodation). Residents are also allowed to clear all vegetation, including trees, for a shared width of four metres either side of the property boundary fence.
